Stanislas de Maistre

Stanislas de Maistre is an investment professional with a multidisciplinary background in engineering, private equity, and asset management. He began his career as a computer science engineer at Capgemini before completing an MBA at Hult International Business School in Boston. He later moved into strategic consulting and operational leadership in the infrastructure sector, serving as Board Member and Export Director at NEXTROAD, where he led international expansion, restructuring initiatives, and successful company sales.

In 2015, Stanislas joined La Financière des Vosges Investments as Managing Director, overseeing investments across private equity, real estate, corporate debt, public markets, and digital assets. He developed a rigorous, global investment approach and led high-conviction transactions, particularly within the digital assets ecosystem.

He is the Founder and Managing Partner of BELEM Capital, a Luxembourg-based fund specializing in decentralized finance (DeFi) strategies. With a strong foundation in computer science, he brings deep expertise in blockchain technologies.
