Matt started at Bridgewater, where he traded rates and credit. He left to launch a digital assets focused hedge fund with colleagues, where he led trading and managed a long/short portfolio. In 2023 he joined FalconX, where he eventually led the US spot trading business, oversaw a lot of their on-chain investing, and ultimately their work with DATs in 2025. Matt joined Sharplink to lead the investment function, building an institutional grade portfolio of native ETH yield, and push out the efficient frontier of risk minded ETH management.
