Bhavin Vaid is CEO and Co-Founder of Birch Hill Holdings, a vertically integrated institutional digital asset firm building infrastructure for onchain credit markets, and Co-Founder of Halo Capital. With over a decade of experience spanning traditional finance and digital assets, Bhavin has built a career at the intersection of institutional capital and emerging technology. He began in CMBS origination at Goldman Sachs, then moved to real estate private equity at Cerberus Capital Management, before transitioning into digital asset growth stage company investing at 10T Holdings, where he witnessed firsthand the potential of onchain lending at institutional scale. At Birch Hill, Bhavin oversees a multi-entity platform encompassing a range of activities. The firm closed a pre-seed round co-led by ParaFi Capital and Castle Island Ventures and is building the connective tissue between traditional capital markets and onchain finance infrastructure.
